1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jilipt.cam ("jilipt", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the jilipt online gaming platform, including all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). • Account Restrictions: You must not be a person to whom we have previously denied Services or whose account we have closed for breach of these Terms or any other reason. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion from gambling activities.
• Financial Capacity: You must use your own funds for all deposits and wagers. Funds deposited into your jilipt account must originate from legitimate sources that belong to you personally. Use of third-party funds, proceeds from illegal activities, or funds obtained through fraudulent means is strictly prohibited.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information regarding your eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses.

3. Account Registration and Security

You agree to immediately notify jilipt of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions, wagers, and account activities regardless of whether such activities were actually performed by you or by a third party who gained access to your account. jilipt shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

3.3 Account Verification

jilipt implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and gaming authority requirements. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method verification, or source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of verification procedures.

You agree to cooperate fully with all verification requests and provide requested documentation within reasonable timeframes. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions, suspension of Services, or account closure. All documents provided must be authentic, valid, and unaltered. Submission of false, forged, or fraudulent documentation constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

Third-party fees charged by payment providers are your sole responsibility. All deposits are final and non-refundable except where required by law or at jilipt's sole discretion in cases of technical error or system malfunction.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification, account standing, bonus wagering requirements, and compliance checks. jilipt aims to process withdrawals promptly, typically within 24-48 hours for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on the withdrawal method selected and verification requirements.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as specified on the platform. Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for deposits where feasible for security and regulatory compliance purposes. jilipt reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where suspicious activity is detected.

You may be required to wager deposited amounts a minimum number of times before withdrawal to prevent money laundering and comply with regulatory requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as detailed in the applicable bonus terms.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. jilipt reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee for maintaining dormant accounts, which will be deducted from the account balance. You will be notified before any fees are assessed, and you may avoid such fees by logging in to your account or contacting customer support to close your account and withdraw remaining funds.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

All users must engage in fair play and adhere to the rules of each game as published on jilipt. The following activities constitute prohibited conduct and will result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any third-party tools designed to manipulate gameplay or obtain unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes or gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain unfair advantage
• Engaging in bonus abuse, promotional abuse, or systematic exploitation of offers

• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargeback fraud or use of stolen payment methods
• Any form of chip dumping, money laundering, or suspicious betting patterns

5.2 Game Outcomes

All games on jilipt utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes. Game results are final and binding once determined by the game system. jilipt reserves the right to void game results and withhold winnings in cases of technical malfunction, software errors, incorrect game configuration, or other circumstances where game integrity is compromised.

In the event of disputes regarding game outcomes, jilipt's internal logs and records shall be considered the authoritative source. Decisions made by jilipt regarding game disputes are final and binding. Statistical improbability of outcomes does not constitute evidence of malfunction or unfairness, as random variation is inherent in games of chance.

5.3 Betting Limits

jilipt establishes minimum and maximum betting limits for each game, which may be adjusted at any time without notice. Exceeding betting limits, whether through technical error or otherwise, may result in affected bets being voided. You are responsible for ensuring your bets comply with applicable limits.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jilipt offers various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to enhance player experience. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal restrictions. These specific terms are provided with each promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are subject to jilipt's sole discretion regarding eligibility and award. We reserve the right to refuse, withhold, or withdraw bonuses from any player at any time, particularly where bonus abuse or violation of bonus terms is suspected. Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative value. 7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jilipt platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, user interfaces, visual designs, trademarks, service marks, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of jilipt or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use jilipt Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from jilipt except as necessarily incidental to normal use of Services.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

jilipt Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilipt disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

jilipt does not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information obtained through Services. Technical difficulties, system maintenance, network failures, and other circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, jilipt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if jilipt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, jilipt's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall jilipt's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

jilipt is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We provide various tools and resources to help you maintain control over your gaming activities, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your account settings.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

jilipt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraud, breach of payment obligations, abusive behavior toward staff, or any conduct that jilipt deems harmful to its business interests or other users.

Upon account termination, your right to access Services immediately ceases. jilipt may retain funds in terminated accounts where there is evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violations. You may not create new accounts following termination without express written permission from jilipt.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance subject to wagering requirements and verification procedures. Accounts closed due to self-exclusion or responsible gaming concerns will remain closed for the specified exclusion period and may not be reopened during that time.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jilipt operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

You agree to first contact jilipt customer support to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution procedures. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against jilipt.

In jurisdictions where arbitration agreements are not enforceable, disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts. The prevailing party in any dispute resolution proceeding shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilipt regarding use of Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

Waiver: No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. jilipt's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without jilipt's prior written consent. jilipt may freely assign these Terms and all rights and obligations hereunder to any third party without notice or consent.

Force Majeure: jilipt shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, or technical failures of third-party systems.
